These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "User" or "Player") and 777aad (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Operator", "We" or "Us") with respect to your access to and use of the 777aad website located at https://777aad.cam and all associated services, features, tools and content made available through that domain.

777aad is an online casino and sports betting information platform primarily targeting Pakistani users. The platform covers cricket betting, PSL T20 markets, ICC tournaments, live casino, slots, instant games, table games and esports. All services are delivered in English and are designed for users based across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 777aad platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's Account at any given time, inclusive of both real-money funds and bonus credit where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive offered to Users under specific promotional terms.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a stake placed by a User on any available market, event or game outcome offered through the platform.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real-money funds from a User's payment instrument into the User's Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by the Operator to comply with applicable regulations.

Each User may hold only one Account on the 777aad platform. Creating multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding Balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator accepts no responsibility for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse an Account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

777aad operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawals or when deemed necessary by the Operator. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)

The following general conditions apply to all Deposits:

• Deposits made using third-party payment instruments will not be accepted and may be reversed at the User's expense.
• The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, technical outages or banking processing times.
• All amounts on the 777aad platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Users may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their Account Balance, subject to the following conditions:

• The User's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are set by the Operator.
• Any active Bonus funds or winnings from Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and wallet processing timelines.
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not matching the User's registered name will not be processed.

777aad may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards and other promotional incentives (collectively referred to as "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer:

1. Bonuses are only available to eligible Users who satisfy the qualifying criteria specified for each offer.
2. Each User is entitled to claim a Welcome Bonus only once. Attempting to claim a Welcome Bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud.
3. Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount and/or the deposit amount, depending on the specific offer.
4. Specific game categories may contribute differently toward Wagering Requirement completion. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage. Always refer to the individual promotion terms.

All bets placed on the 777aad platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, market or game. The following general betting rules apply across all categories:

• Bets are void if an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned without a result being determined, unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 777aad platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one Account per User.
• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive the Operator through false identity, manipulation of payment processes or exploitation of system errors.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated system to interact with the platform without explicit written permission from the Operator.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling activity, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of depositing, cycling or withdrawing funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime scheme.
• Chargebacks: Filing unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider after a deposit has been accepted.
• Underage access: Attempting to access the platform while under the minimum eligible age.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, banking institutions or telecommunications companies.
• The User's failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling outcomes, whether or not those outcomes are disputed by the User.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform.

The collection, storage and processing of personal data submitted by Users in connection with Account registration and use of the Services is governed by the 777aad Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acknowledgement of and agreement to the Privacy Policy.

777aad collects personal data including but not limited to name, date of birth, email address, device identifiers and transactional records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice to Users. Where practicable, material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept revised Terms should close their Account and withdraw any remaining Balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate. Users accessing the platform from Pakistan do so voluntarily and at their own risk. The Operator makes no representation that the Services are lawful for access or use in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
